Creative Fitness Competition Prep program is individualized programs that will take you to the next level in figure, bikini, physique, or body building. Each program includes a specialized workout plan, individual nutrition guide and one-on-one support. Creative Fitness covers everything you need from start to finish of your prep to ensure you get into optimal shape: pre, during and post-competition nutrition and training.  Key factors that get address are hormonal imbalances; detoxification ability; food intolerances; and training methods. Ensuring you stay at the top, during and after your competition.

 

There are 2 phase of Competition Preparation programs, Creative Fitness will custimise to suit each individual.

  •  

  • 15-12 week Getting Lean Comp prep stage– this program is designed for the  indivdual who is already in shape, or close to competition shape. Fine-tune your physique to ensure optimal fat loss and still place lean muscle gain,  achieving competition shape in a best and healthier way.

 

  • 36-24-week – Designed for a new athlete that hasn't competed or a regular athelete who needs to change their physque with more improvements in the off-season to place lean muscle gain. A winning phyque is made in the off-season.

 

With any Bodybuilding Coaching Figure, Fitness, Bikini  packages you have the option of training two to five times per week. Also Avialable for online coaching as well.
